The Role:
VetCheck seeks an ambitious individual who genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience. We are looking for a hard-working, super-organized, and self-motivated individual who has excelled in a similar role.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Success Representative, with a particular emphasis on software training.
What you’ll do
· Customer Success Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with VetCheck clients.
o Drive product adoptions through training and activating new customers
o Identify customer goals and work with them to deliver set up
o Analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
· Retention Strategies:
o Devise and execute initiatives to minimize customer churn and increase lifetime value.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
o Conduct regular customer “check in” meetings
o Identify, manage risks or issues for customers
o Run webinars and workshops on product features and other veterinary related topics
o Develop tools such as blog articles, checklists to add value to VetCheck clients
· Software Training:
o Design and conduct training sessions for clients on our software products and new features.
o Develop training materials and documentation to support user education.
o Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are proficient in utilizing our software solutions.
· Feedback Analysis:
o Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Collaborate with product development teams to convey customer insights and contribute to product enhancements.
Your skills
Track record of high achievement in customer service, training, technical account management, professional services consulting
Problem solving capabilities and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of the veterinary industry (highly desirable)
Highly self-driven to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Extremely organized and focused
Problem-solving and experience in streamlining workflows
Friendly phone manner, naturally empathetic, and resilient
Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
Passionate about technology and the veterinary industry
