Job Description:
VidCatalyst is looking for a motivated and fluent English-speaking individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for conducting video meetings with YouTubers, discussing their needs, and coordinating with our team to improve their channels through SEO, thumbnails, and more. You don’t need to be an expert in YouTube—we will provide training on everything you need to know. This role requires working primarily during nighttime hours to align with our clients’ time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video meetings with YouTubers to discuss their channels, goals, and strategies.
- Clearly communicate our services (SEO, thumbnail design, etc.) to clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Coordinate with our internal team to implement the discussed strategies.
- Follow up with clients to track progress and maintain communication.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Good internet connection for video meetings.
- Availability to work during nighttime hours is a must (due to client time zones).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (But Not Required):
Basic understanding of YouTube is a plus (training will be provided).
