Key Responsibilities:
Scale-Up Operations: Design and implement procedures, systems, and workflows to transition our factory from a small-scale setup to a high-efficiency, large-scale production facility.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop factory teams to ensure high morale, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to maintain Five Star Melamine’s reputation for excellence.
Supply Chain Management: Manage and optimize the supply chain to support seamless production and timely delivery.
Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical staff to enhance machinery performance and integrate new technologies, with a focus on hydraulic compression moulding.
Operational Excellence: Continuously identify areas for improvement in factory operations, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align factory operations with business growth plans and production capacity targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Scaling Operations: Proven track record of scaling factory operations and implementing systems for efficiency.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate diverse teams to achieve operational goals.
Technical Expertise: Background in machinery, particularly hydraulic compression moulding, is highly preferred.
Quality & Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control standards, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing principles.
Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing factory performance and addressing operational challenges.
Educational Background: Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
