Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Operations: Oversee daily operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service.
Staff Management: Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver excellent service.
Procurement: Handle procurement of goods and supplies needed for hotel operations, maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Maintenance Oversight: Identify and rectify maintenance issues promptly to ensure the hotel remains in top condition.
Guest Relations: Handle guest concerns and issues professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and protocols to enhance hotel operations and guest experience.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review operational performance, including guest feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Management: Work closely with senior management to suggest and implement initiatives to grow the hotel’s reputation and business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar capacity at a small hotel is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of multitasking to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can resolve guest or operational issues effectively and diplomatically.
