Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement HR policies and procedures.
✔ Plan, direct, and coordinate all human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and ensure optimal employee engagement.
✔ Oversee recruitment, compensation management, performance management, employee records maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with the Labor Department on HR-related matters.
✔ Handle payroll functions, EPF/ETF processing, and other statutory HR obligations.
✔ Conduct staff training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
