Are you a young, dynamic individual with a passion for customer service? Our client is looking for a Customer Care Officer to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and a strong command of both English and Sinhala.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service information
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality service
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
Fluent in English and Sinhala (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills
Shift Details:
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Traveling allowance provided
