Job Description:
Tutor ME is looking for dedicated and experienced A/L teachers to join our online education platform. We provide high-quality virtual learning for students following Sri Lankan Local, Cambridge, and Edexcel syllabi. If you are passionate about teaching and student success, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities & Duties:
✅ Conduct Online Classes: Deliver engaging live lessons in a structured and interactive manner
✅ Lesson Planning & Material Preparation: Develop well-organized lesson plans, presentations, and study materials
✅ Assess & Monitor Student Progress: Provide assignments, quizzes, and feedback to track student improvement
✅ Exam Preparation & Guidance: Help students prepare for exams with revision sessions, past paper discussions, and tips
✅ Interactive & Engaging Teaching: Use modern teaching tools, real-life examples, and technology to enhance understanding
✅ Student Support & Mentoring: Offer individual guidance, answer queries, and motivate students to achieve their best
✅ Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to Tutor ME’s guidelines and ensure a respectful, supportive learning environment
✅ Stay Updated: Keep up with syllabus changes and continuously improve teaching methods
Requirements:
✔️ A degree or relevant qualification in the subject area
✔️ Teaching experience in A/L (Local, Cambridge, or Edexcel)
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Ability to conduct online classes using Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS
✔️ Passion for teaching and student development
