Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing the hiring process, developing job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, selecting and onboarding candidates including employee’s terminations.
  • Implementing and controlling the HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
  • Delivering behavioural or job-related development initiatives.
  • Reporting headcount, promotions, transfers, leave, attendance, exit, etc.
  • Addressing employee issues, grievances or concerns and resolving them in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Handling payroll, EPF, ETF registration and ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  • Coordinating constantly with TL’s in other areas to meet manpower needs.
  • Drafting and updating employee handbooks to reflect organizational standards.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assisting with the planning of company events.
  • Performing related functions as assigned by the Operation Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years work experience in related fields.
  • Domain of HRIS.
  • Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
