About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior ERP Implementation & Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing implementation and support services for an ERP system specifically designed for the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen interest in learning, and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure successful system deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of ERP solutions for clients in the apparel industry.
  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
  • Document processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.
  • Travel to client sites in Sri Lanka as needed for implementation and support activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ERP system updates to provide the best possible service to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities (prior experience in the apparel industry is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Sri Lanka.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
