Join Medilinked as a Customer Support Specialist!
We are looking for proactive individuals to assist our clients with medical and healthcare-related inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills, are customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Company: Australian Healthcare Company
Salary: LKR 70,000 to LKR 100,000 or more Based on Skills & expereince Basic Salary + Attractive Benefits.
Working Hours: 3-4 AM – 1-2 PM (changes on daylight savings)
Transport: One-way transport provided for early morning (20 km)
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
– Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
– Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
– Provide product information and make new deals with customers to get attractive commission.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
– Assist in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
– Identify opportunities to improve customer support and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in call center service is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
– Good Computer ethics and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Previous experience is a plus but, not mandatory.
