Overview
The Role:
We are looking for a Dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to grow and manage our Affiliate Marketing Program. This role involves recruiting affiliates, optimizing partnerships, and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, sales, and affiliate program management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, and website owners in the research, academic, and business sectors
Motivate affiliates to generate and share articles on the platform.
Maintain and nurture relationships with affiliates to maximize engagement and performance.
Track and analyze affiliate performance using key metrics such as lead generation & conversion rates.
Provide insights to management on affiliate contributions and recommend strategies for improvement.
Core Skills:
Proven ability to identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates (bloggers, influencers, niche website owners).
Strong networking skills & relationship-building expertise to nurture long-term partnerships and maximize affiliate performance.
Persuasive communication to motivate affiliates and negotiate partnership terms.
Experience closing deals and aligning affiliate goals with company objectives.
Proficiency in tracking KPIs (conversion rates, lead generation, ROI).
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, social media, email, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
Creativity to design promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
