We are on the lookout for production supervisor who will be responsible for the entire shift operations of the Plant including night shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.

2. Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the Employees & Junior staffs.

3. Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.

4. Ensure full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre-set production targets.

5. Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over

6. Product audit & Process audit.

7. Customer Complaint Analysis and process reject analysis and reduction.

8. Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO.

9. Maintaining and updating records in SAP.

10. Production Planning

Requirements:

·      A- Level (Advance Level) with science (Chemistry, Physic and Maths) from a recognized organisation.

·      Knowledge about ISO.

·      Computer literacy is must.

·      Willing to work in shifts including night shifts
