Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled PPC Specialist to join our team full-time, with the opportunity for long-term growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital marketing efforts and scaling campaigns that contribute directly to business growth.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, and YouTube.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, keyword research, audience targeting, and bid adjustments.
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS to improve campaign performance.
Develop and refine ad creatives and copy that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Manage advertising budgets and make data-driven decisions to maximize return on spend.

Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Proven track record of improving campaign performance and delivering strong ROI.
Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics and conversion tracking.
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio (or similar).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience in the supplements or wellness industry is a strong advantage.
