Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Finance Manager to join our team in Colombo 02. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to contribute effectively to the company’s financial planning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
Finalize and present monthly and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Lead and coordinate the external audit process, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to support business growth and performance.
Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure effective implementation and utilization of ERP systems for financial reporting and control.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of accounting standards and taxation regulations.
Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:

Full professional qualification in CIMA or CA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proven experience in finalizing and presenting month-end and year-end accounts.
Strong exposure to handling external audits and interacting with auditors.
Demonstrated ability to guide and support management with financial strategies and insights.
Hands-on experience in budgeting and ERP systems.
In-depth understanding of accounting standards and taxation.
