Overview
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness and business growth.
· Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity and brand expansion opportunities.
· Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
· Oversee brand identity management and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
· Design and execute effective ATL, BTL and Digital marketing campaigns.
· Enhance brand presence through strategic visibility campaigns.
· Lead and manage new product development and successful campaigns.
· Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to boost brand engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and to create competitive trade plans.
· Maintain strong relationships with key principals and address market shifts proactively.
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
· Establish and manage the budget for all brands and channel development programs and initiatives, collaborating with sales and trade marketing teams.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
· Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to improve strategic decision making.
Qualifications and skills
· Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in sales & marketing from a recognized institution.
· 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or related field.
· Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
· Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven decision making.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong analytical skills.
· Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior.
· Salary – Basic Salary starting from 150,000.00 + vehicle allowance + Fuel
· Working Days & time – Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
· Working Type – Onsite
