We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of The Tree House Cafe & Restaurant, a brand new space that blends a cozy cafe vibe with a modern restaurant experience. We’re looking for experienced, talented, and enthusiastic individuals passionate about the culinary arts to join our team.
Lead our kitchen and bring our vision to life!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute our diverse range of menus
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain a steady, organised flow of service
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation, taste, and quality standards
- Uphold food safety, prep discipline, and hygiene protocols at all times
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience as a head chef or sous chef
- A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is highly regarded
- Training in food safety
- Confident in working across both Western and Asian menus, or quick to adapt
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to stay composed and deliver under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and well-disciplined with a strong work ethic
