We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of The Tree House Cafe & Restaurant, a brand new space that blends a cozy cafe vibe with a modern restaurant experience. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced barista-trained waitresses to provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables and the dining area
- Prepare and serve coffee & other beverages
- Process payments using POS systems
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience as a waitress and/or barista
- Barista training
- Basic course in the hospitality industry or food & beverage service is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and people skills (proficient in English and Sinhalese)
- A team player with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Proven ability to multitask and deliver under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable, punctual, and well-disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Neat and professional appearance
