RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate detailed Revit-based MEP models and drafting solutions for international projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the modelling process.
- Implement industry best practices and standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project requirements and modifications.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, with a strong focus on MEP modelling and drafting.
- Demonstrated experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Knowledge of international building codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience with international projects is a plus.
- Ability to create complex family models to enhance project efficiency and functionality.
- At least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling.
