Overview
JOB SUMMARY
The Service Excellence Manager – Water Pumps is responsible for leading
and optimizing all after-sales service operations, customer support, and field
service activities related to water pump systems. This role involves
managing both internal and external service teams while ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and operational
efficiency. The role also includes driving continuous improvement initiatives
that align service delivery with the organization’s strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Customer Service and Relationship Management
· Manage island-wide field technicians and service centres.
· Ensure timely completion of customer complaints.
· Inter-departmental activity coordination to ensure prompt customer
service
· Motivate & retain service team members to achieve service KPIs.
· Improve and maintain service process standards.
· Demonstrate strong team leadership skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s in related field.
· 3-5 years in after-sales / service (preferably in pump / industrial
equipment).
· Proven leadership and team management,
· CRM/system proficiency.
Multilingual skills a plus
