Position: Education Centre Manager
Location: Piliyandala, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a dynamic, organized, and passionate leader with a drive for educational excellence?
We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead and oversee our operations, student services, and global education partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education centre
* Manage student counselling, admissions, and partner communications
* Lead and support the academic and administrative team
* Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance
* Plan and execute marketing and outreach strategies
* Liaise with international universities and institutions
* Prepare reports and updates for senior management

Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience
* Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
* Familiarity with international student pathways and study abroad processes
* Proficiency in English and Sinhala
