REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business
    Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a
    manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
    experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a
    DEFINITE ADVANTAGE.
  • Experience in using HRIS platforms
    (hSenid, Oracle) and managing HR-related
    data.
