👨💼 Job Opportunity: Hotel & Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time)
We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and restaurant. Since we are a small property, this is the key role responsible for ensuring smooth service, coordinating staff, and creating a friendly environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations.
• Work closely with staff and lead by example.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and guest needs.
• Take responsibility for the overall running of the property.
🔎What We’re Looking For:
• A friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Good English (must).
• Someone responsible, reliable, and hands-on.
• An understanding of how hotels/restaurants operate.
• A few years of experience in any field is preferred.
• Must be based in Kandy or nearby areas.
