Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member, located in Colombo. The Crew Member will be responsible for various tasks, including serving customers, preparing and crafting beverages and snacks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, handling cash registers, and managing inventory. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare and craft beverages and snacks
Cash handling and basic math skills
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma Or equivalent
