- About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Malwana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and supporting project cost control activities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout project execution. - Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying-related work.
HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Candidates residing in or near Malabe/Malwana will be given preference.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
Analyze construction drawings and specifications for quantity take-offs.
Assist in project budgeting, cost planning, and cost control activities.
Prepare tender documents and support the tender evaluation process.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers regarding quantity and cost-related matters.
