VetCheck is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in delivering exceptional service to veterinary clinics across APAC. This dynamic role involves assisting with sales activities, marketing campaigns, and client engagement initiatives to help expand VetCheck’s reach and impact in the veterinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sales outreach, appointment setting, and follow-ups.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email and social media content.
• Help manage CRM data, ensuring accurate lead tracking and reporting.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with the customer success team to support client retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to multitask.
Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Canva) is a plus.
Passion for the veterinary industry and client care.
