The Job role:
Attending and reaching out to customers via phone.
Responding effectively to customers via phone.
Updating the internal database.
Achieving targets assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
Experience in a call center & ability to type in Sinhala would be an added advantage.
Completed Advanced Level
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction using excellent communication skills
Fluent in Sinhala and English.
Average Knowledge in MS Office.
