Company Overview:
We are a growing janitorial services company based in Maradana, dedicated to delivering top-tier cleaning solutions to our clients. We are looking for a capable and organized Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, manage staff attendance, inventory, and perform basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Purchasing: Manage inventory levels, purchase supplies, and ensure timely procurement.
Attendance Management: Monitor staff attendance across cleaning sites and coordinate schedules.
Petty Cash & Bookkeeping: Manage petty cash and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
General Accounting: Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing reports as needed.
Support Services: Assist in coordinating additional services as per client needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration and general accounting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping processes.
