Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Identify client needs, customize itineraries based on preferences, and effectively sell tour packages over the phone.

• Client Engagement: Communicate fluently in English, build trust with clients, and provide outstanding customer service.

• Negotiation: Collaborate with hotels, drivers, and suppliers to secure the best deals for clients while ensuring quality services.

• Operations: Manage tours from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and memorable experiences for travelers.

• Lead Management: Work with provided leads and resources to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Problem-Solving: Address any doubts or challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.

Requirements

• A laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.

• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.

• Experience and knowledge of Sri Lanka’s destinations, activities, and tourism industry.

• Strong sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and sell effectively.

• Negotiation skills for dealing with hotels, drivers, and suppliers.

• A positive mindset, strong work ethic, and the desire to grow professionally.
