Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:
– Lead and motivate sales teams to meet targets

2. Operations Management:
– Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and logistics
– Ensure efficient distribution and timely delivery of products
3. Business Development:
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
– Develop and execute plans to expand market share
4. Team Management:
– Supervise, train, and evaluate sales and support staff
– Foster a positive work environment and promote team growth
5. Financial Management:
– Monitor sales performance, revenue, and expenses
– Ensure budget adherence and optimize profitability
6. Supplier Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
– Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions
7. Customer Service:
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
– Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in electrical supplies
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
6. Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software
