Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Vision: Develop a strategic plan and create a safe, inclusive atmosphere that promotes cultural understanding.
• Academic Management: Support and guide teachers, implement effective assessments, and ensure the curriculum meets high standards.
• Student Support: Provide services such as language assistance and counseling, ensuring every student feels valued.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets and resources while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Strategic Planning: Lead efforts to improve student recruitment and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
Proven leadership experience, especially in an international or multicultural setting.
Deep knowledge of the Edexcel curriculum and assessment standards.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
