Are you passionate about international education and helping students shape their global future? We are seeking target-driven Student Enrolment Officers to join our growing study abroad consultancy team!
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and their families regarding study abroad options, admission requirements, and course selection.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with university partners, application teams, and visa consultants to ensure smooth processing.
Represent the company at educational fairs, seminars, and webinars when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education, marketing, or international relations).
1–3 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or education consulting (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a sales or counselling role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Familiarity with international university admissions and visa processes is a plus.
