Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to the team and support management in Australia.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, statements, and reconciliations.
Organise and file business and client documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings or consultations for the team.
Examine and verify data for accuracy in financial and client records.
Maintain accurate client records and support the preparation of documents for solicitors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Help coordinate interviews, onboarding, and manage employee documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, statements, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel.
Experience in Trust Accounting (preferred but not necessary).
Experience in MYOB (preferred but not necessary).
Strong professional customer service skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing financial records and documents.
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
