A reputed organization in Colombo having its office and stores complex at Thalawathugoda is looking for an energetic young diploma holder in stores management to groom in stores management.

TRAINEE STORES EXECUTIVE

While receiving the “on the job Training “the ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the Technical Equipment Stores and complete all the tasks relating to stores functions and support technicians and the camera crew to optimize productivity by providing requested equipment swiftly assuring safety and proper maintenance of equipment.

Key responsibilities

·         Maintain accurate and organized Inventory control

·         Track and record the incoming and outgoing equipment

·         Ensure proper storage and safety and proper maintenance of equipment

·         Carry out routine inventory and report issues to the management

The Person

Good GCE Ordinary Level results

Diploma qualification in Supply Chain or Stores Management is a MUST

Proficiency in MS Office packages

Minimum one year experience as Stores Assistant or Stores Executive with exposure to handle technical items would be an added advantage

Ability to work extended hours, residing in Battaramulla, Thalawathugoda or Pannipitiya -Maharagama area

Should be self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.

Should be a male candidate below 28 years of age

The selected candidate shall report to Manager- Studio Engineering and an extensive “on the job Training “will be provided. During the period of training a substantial training allowance inclusive of EPF/ETF benefits will be paid.
