Career Opportunity: Trainee Stores Executive

A reputed organization in Colombo, with its Studio complex (HIRU Life Studio) located at Thalawathugoda, is seeking a young, energetic Certificate or Diploma holder in Stores Management to be groomed for a rewarding career in Stores Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory control.
  • Track and record all incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage, safety, and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and report issues to management.
  • Support technicians and camera crews by promptly providing requested equipment to optimize productivity.
    The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong GCE Ordinary Level or Advanced Level results.
  • Certificate or Diploma qualification in Supply Chain or Stores Management (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Stores Assistant or Executive, particularly with technical equipment (advantageous).
  • Male candidates below 35 years of age.
  • Resides in Battaramulla, Thalawathugoda, Pannipitiya, or Maharagama area.
  • Ability to work extended hours and perform with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient.

What We Offer:

The selected candidate will report to the Manager – Studio Engineering and receive extensive on-the-job training. During the training period, a substantial training allowance inclusive of EPF/ETF benefits will be provided.
