Overview
We are seeking a Housing Manager to oversee employee dormitories and ensure smooth operations.
Fluency in Chinese and logistics experience are required. Knowledge of the local market will be a plus!
Responsibilities:
Survey the market and coordinate with the purchasing department for house rentals.
Manage dormitory operations, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and timely payment of utilities (electricity, water, internet).
Organize monthly procurement plans for dormitory supplies.
Coordinate employee move-ins, distribute supplies, and handle dormitory-related issues.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and agents.
Monitor dormitory furnishings and arrange repairs as needed.
Manage logistics accounts and data.
Oversee logistics staff (housekeepers, maintenance workers), enforce assessments, and improve service quality.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
