Visa Specialist
Basic salary: 100,000 Sri Lankan rupees
Working hours: Sunday off, 9a.m.-6p.m.
Age limit: 20-35 years old
Nationality requirement: Only local Sri Lankans will be considered
Education requirement: College degree or above
Language requirement: Proficient in English

4. Obey the arrangements of superiors and complete the tasks assigned by the leaders in a timely and effective manner
5. Proficient in various office software
Experience requirements: (any of the following experience is preferred)
1. Have relevant work experience in immigration work visa processing, familiar with the work visa application process, required materials and policy requirements
2. Have work experience in the Immigration Bureau
3. Have work visa processing experience in multinational companies or large enterprises
4. Familiar with and understand the relevant policies and laws and regulations of the National Immigration Bureau, and have professional knowledge in work visa processing, document review, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the application, processing and follow-up of foreign employees’ work visas, including but not limited to preparing relevant application materials, filling out application forms, communicating with the Immigration Bureau, etc.
2. According to the Immigration Bureau’s policies, organize, screen and prepare necessary application documents to ensure that the information is complete, accurate and in compliance with the relevant requirements of the Immigration Bureau.
3. Actively communicate and coordinate with relevant departments of the Immigration Bureau to ensure the smooth progress of the work visa application process and promptly handle various problems encountered during the application process.
4. In the process of applying for a work visa, it is necessary to maintain effective communication with foreign employees and relevant departments, answer employees’ questions about work visas, and ensure that information is smooth and timely.
5. Track the latest changes in the relevant policies of the Immigration Bureau, report to the relevant departments of the company in a timely manner, and ensure that the company’s work visa processing complies with the latest laws and regulations.
6. Classify and archive the application materials of all employees’ work visas to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the information, so that it is convenient for inquiry and verification at any time
