Job Title: Remote Marketing Specialist (Sri Lanka) for a college in Australia

Job Description:
Australia College is seeking a dynamic and proactive Remote Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and outreach activities for our bachelor’s programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with education agents in Kandy and Colombo, as well as representing the college at educational fairs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the college’s Bachelor’s programs in Sri Lanka.
Regularly visit education agents in Kandy and Colombo to provide training, support, and updates on the college’s offerings.
Actively participate in educational fairs and events to represent the college and engage with prospective students and parents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, students, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to enhance our outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh school pass outs are welcome (will be selected through screening process)
Must enjoying talking to new people and passionate about marketing.
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to Kandy and Colombo and participate in local events.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must not be shy to meet new people and contribute innovative ideas.
