Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Galle for a Preschool Teacher at Blooms and Buds Preschool & Daycare. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for effective lesson planning, curriculum development, and early childhood education. The Preschool Teacher will also need excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Kindergarten objectives and goals to work with the team in providing the best learning experience for young minds.
Qualifications
Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and early childhood education.
Excellent communication skills, including communicating effectively with young children and parents in English.
Strong knowledge of Kindergarten objectives and goals.
Educational Qualification in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, or related field.
Experience working with children aged 3-5 years old.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and staff.
Passionate about creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for preschoolers.
