Overview

DUTIES

*Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out), ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard operating Procedures.

*Verify payment details, such as account name, account numbers and payment amounts.

*Handle all back-office duties related to payments.

*Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time.

*Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

*Communicate with internal departments and clients or customers to resolve any payment-related issue or concerns.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficient in computer applications especially MS Excel.
*Must be able to communicate and write in English
*Preferably candidates with relevant experience in payments processing at a bank or similar institution.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
*Able to work on public holidays.

*Bonus : calculated depending on KPIS & attendence

*Timing : 24/7 Fixed 3 Shift Schedule

*Shift : (5am-1:00pm/1:00pm-9:00pm/9:00pm-5:00am)
