Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or School Leavers
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
Excellent communication in all 3 languages English / Tamil / Sinhala  and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and various software platforms.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Sales orientation is an advantage.
