Your Role:
Customer Service: Engage with customers to create a welcoming and friendly shopping experience.
Sales Knowledge: Assist shoppers in selecting the right bath and beauty products, meeting sales targets, and driving sales performance.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and attractive.
Transaction Handling: Manage the checkout process efficiently and accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
Good Customer Handler: Strong ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
Sales Knowledge: Previous experience in retail sales, especially in bath and beauty products, is an advantage.
Language Skills: The ability to speak in three languages (Sinhala, Tamil, and English) will be a significant advantage.
Location Advantage: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Colombo.
