Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and execute strategic initiatives to grow the Polymers or Plastics business in Sri Lanka
– Build and manage key customer relationships, driving new business opportunities
– Oversee credit risk and ensure long-term sustainable growth
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a competitive edge in the
**Scope of the Role**:
– Manage sales volume of 40-50 KMT with an estimated annual revenue of USD 40-50 million
Qualifications:
– Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymers, or a related business discipline
– 5-10 years of experience in sales/marketing of Polymers and/or petrochemical products, ideally in the Sri Lankan markets
