Overview
Responsibilities:
Lead the team to carry out services and repairs
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Provide technical support and information about CarTek’s products and services.
Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts and accessories.
Process orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all CarTek products and services.
Generate sales by leveraging technical knowledge and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a service technician in European or Japanese Vehicles
Electrical Working should be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and car maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
Sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and handling customer databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field.
Familiarity with the latest automotive trends and technologies.
Age Below 40
