Overview
- Developing and overseeing office systems, which encompass data management and filing procedures.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodations, while occasionally taking notes or dictation
- during meetings and providing general support during presentations.
- Filtering phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and addressing them as necessary.
- Welcoming and receiving visitors of varying seniority levels.
- Managing and organizing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handling incoming emails, faxes, and postal correspondence, frequently communicating on behalf of the manager.
- Recording dictation and minutes of meetings.
- Creating documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Arranging and participating in meetings, ensuring the manager is adequately prepared.
- Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and other personnel.
