Overview

  • Developing and overseeing office systems, which encompass data management and filing procedures.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodations, while occasionally taking notes or dictation
  • during meetings and providing general support during presentations.
  • Filtering phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and addressing them as necessary.
  • Welcoming and receiving visitors of varying seniority levels.
  • Managing and organizing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Handling incoming emails, faxes, and postal correspondence, frequently communicating on behalf of the manager.
  • Recording dictation and minutes of meetings.
  • Creating documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
