  • 1-2 years of experience in same or similar role such as Admin/Hotel Admin/Dormitory Admin or related.
  • At least Intermediate English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Field and office based

Responsibilities:
1. Accommodation Management
* Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including registration and key management.
* Coordinate and track the arrival of guests from entry to dormitory accommodation.

2. Safety & Facility Maintenance
* Ensure dormitory security.
* Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
* Oversee housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Expense & Rental Management
* Process and track dormitory rental payments to ensure timely submission.
* Liaise with landlords or property management for lease agreements and renewals.
* Provide periodic reports on expenses.

4. Resident Management & Incident Handling
* Organize meetings or feedback sessions to improve dormitory management.
* Handle emergencies promptly.
* Follow up on arrival processes and transportation.

5. Other Administrative Tasks
