Job Responsibilities

1. Accommodation Management
* Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including registration and key management.
* Maintain and update resident records to ensure accurate occupancy tracking.
* Enforce dormitory policies and handle violations or complaints.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to process and track the arrival of guests, ensuring their smooth transition from entry to dormitory accommodation.

2. Safety & Facility Maintenance
* Ensure dormitory security, including access control, surveillance, and emergency preparedness.
* Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs (electricity, plumbing, furniture, etc.).
* Manage dormitory facilities such as beds, air conditioning, water heaters, and internet access.
* Oversee housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Expense & Rental Management
* Process and track dormitory rental payments to ensure timely submission.
* Liaise with landlords or property management for lease agreements and renewals.
* Monitor and manage utility expenses (electricity, water, internet) and ensure timely payments.
* Maintain financial records and provide periodic reports on dormitory expenses.

4. Resident Management & Incident Handling
* Organize meetings or feedback sessions to improve dormitory management.
* Handle emergencies such as accidents, health issues, or security incidents, and report major issues promptly.
* Coordinate with relevant departments or external agencies (security, medical services, police) when necessary.
* Follow up on guests arrival processes, ensuring smooth airport pickup, and transportation to the dormitory.

5. Other Administrative Tasks
* Maintain dormitory-related documents and resident records to ensure accuracy and security.
* Assist HR or management in implementing dormitory-related policies.
* Organize dormitory-related activities or briefings to enhance the living experience of residents.
* Ensure timely communication with guests regarding their accommodation details before arrival.
* Coordinate with HR and relevant teams to facilitate a seamless transition for new guests moving into the dormitory.

Salary is based on the experience and negotiable.
