Overview
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing the hiring process, developing job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, selecting and onboarding candidates including employee’s terminations.
Conducting training needs analysis, compiling annual plans and or benchmarking.
Managing performance evaluations and legal matters.
Implementing and controlling the HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
Delivering behavioural or job-related development initiatives.
Reporting headcount, promotions, transfers, leave, attendance, exit, staff records, etc.
Addressing employee issues, grievances or concerns and resolving them in a fair and impartial manner.
Handling payroll, EPF, ETF registration and ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees including transportation management.
Coordinating constantly with team leaders and higher ups to meet manpower needs.
Drafting and updating employee handbooks to reflect organizational standards.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assisting with the planning of company events.
Performing related functions as assigned by the Operation Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years work experience as HR Manager, supervisor or similar title.
Domain of HRIS.
Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
