Overview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the hiring process, developing job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, selecting and onboarding candidates including employee’s terminations.
- Implementing and controlling the HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
- Delivering behavioural or job-related development initiatives.
- Reporting headcount, promotions, transfers, leave, attendance, exit, etc.
- Addressing employee issues, grievances or concerns and resolving them in a fair and impartial manner.
- Handling payroll, EPF, ETF registration and ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Coordinating constantly with TL’s in other areas to meet manpower needs.
- Drafting and updating employee handbooks to reflect organizational standards.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assisting with the planning of company events.
- Performing related functions as assigned by the Operation Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years work experience in related fields.
- Domain of HRIS.
- Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
- Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
