Primary Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
Develop long-term financial strategies in line with company objectives.
Manage investments and evaluate opportunities to maximize returns.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Conduct financial data analysis to support business decisions.
Coordinate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Oversee tax compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
Manage cash flow for financial stability.
Support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
Admin / HR Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Design and manage employee training and development initiatives.
Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
Analyze HR data to optimize workforce strategies.
Develop succession plans and leadership development strategies.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Implement organizational development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
