Vacancy for the Post of FMCG/ Food Machine Operator – UAE
Positions –
Machine Operator
Age range 23-37
Expereince- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar FMCG production environment or ITI certificate then 1 year of experience in relevant FMCG /food industry.
Job role-
✓ Monitors the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.
✓ Checks the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.
✓ Ensure no damage/s on equipment.
✓ Coordinates with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshoot.
✓ Maintains cleanliness of workplace and equipment, preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at workplace.
✓ Working in compliance with various quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Awareness, ISO.
✓ Follows various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.
✓ Do CLIRT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retightening) as per the check-list provided.
✓ Inspection of product and packing of the product as per the given standard.
